Privacy policy
Which personal data this website processes, why, and what your rights are. It is short, because we collect very little.

Who is responsible
Kafe Studio, Vincent Lujic, Lindenweg 23, 8916 Jonen, Switzerland, is responsible for processing your data. Please send any questions about privacy to hello@kafestudio.ch.
The short version
- No cookies, no web analytics, no advertising trackers.
- Our fonts come from this website, not from Google or another font service.
- We only receive what you send us yourself, through the contact form or by email.
- We never sell your data or pass it on for advertising.
Visiting the website
The website is hosted by Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA). When you open a page, your browser sends the technical data every website receives: your IP address, date and time, the page you opened, the page you came from, and your browser and operating system. Vercel processes this data to deliver the website and protect it against attacks, and keeps the logs only briefly. We do not use it to identify you.
Contact
When you send a brief through our contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your message, what you need and, if you add them, your company and phone number. The form passes your brief to us by email through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). We use it to answer you and for nothing else, and this website does not store it. If sending fails, your own email program opens with a draft instead, and nothing is sent until you send it. We keep messages as long as we need them for the conversation and a possible project, and longer only where the law requires business correspondence to be kept.
Links to other websites
Some pages, especially our articles, link to other websites. Nothing from those services loads while you are on our site. Once you follow a link, the privacy policy of the other website applies.
Processing abroad
Vercel and Resend are based in the USA and may process data there. We rely on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it, and otherwise on the standard contractual clauses recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Legal basis
We process your data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on your request or a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your rights
You can ask at any time which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Where the GDPR applies, you can also ask for your data in a common format. Just write to hello@kafestudio.ch. If you think we are not handling your data properly, you can complain to the FDPIC or, if you live in the EU, to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
We update this policy when our website or the law changes. The version on this page always applies.
